STOP! You’ve just discovered one of the finest homes in Keystone. We are located on the 8th hole of the River Golf Course. With a 3 minute walk to the Nordic Cross Country Center and the River Course golf club house and a 5 minute drive to the Gondola and some of the best skiing in Colorado, our location is ideal. Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain and Breckenridge are local ski areas a short drive away. Some of the finest fishing in Colorado is just out the front door. And, of course, hiking and biking abound. Nearby, Lake Dillon provides renown sailing and other water activities.

Our 5,000 sf home is luxurious, yet very livable. With a goal not to cram as many people together as possible, but to give everyone ample space, we have been very successful. Three spacious bedrooms at the lower level surround a large living area, complete with a wide screen TV with surround sound, gas fire place, a kitchen area with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and sink. Two bathrooms and a laundry room nearby make this area livable all by itself.

Up one level you will find the main living space and it is grand! The Living Room with oversized stone gas fireplace opens to the Dining Room and a fabulous gormet kitchen. An 11 foot island with granite countertop, gas range with copper hood and 5 bar stools forms the center of the room and the center of activity. All of the appliances are of the highest quality. The openness of the entire level, all with 10’-6” ceilings , makes this area incredibly dramatic. Just beyond the Dining Room is a covered and heated deck. Lounge in the sunshine watching the golfers go by or sit and dine beneath the radiant heater on a cool evening.

A mid level bedroom with bunk beds gives the kids their own space. With air mattresses that we provide, you could increase the number of sleepers by 5. The top level comprises a very private master suite. In addition to the incredible views, you have another gas fireplace, king size bed, jetted oversized tub, steam shower with dual heads, and a private toilet room. With five televisions, high speed internet, WiFi, and a central music system, all of your electronic needs will be satisfied.  This is the vacation home you’ve dreamed of!
