Payment and Deposit Policy:
A
two night deposit is required at the time of booking. The
remainder is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payment may be made by check,
Visa or Mastercard. Resort Lodging reserves the right to
automatically charge credit cards on payment due dates.
Cancellations:
A
charge of $100 for cancellations made prior to 45 days arrival. For
cancellations within 45 days of arrival, all sums paid
will be forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone
else, at the same rate, for the same period. We will do our best to do
so, but there can be no guarantees. For holiday bookings, no refunds
will be issued. Resort Lodging reserves the right to withhold full
deposits and cancel any reservation if final payment is not received in
compliance with our pay policies.
Housekeeping Service:
Daily housekeeping is not provided.
Your vacation rental will be clean prior to your arrival. YOU ARE
REQUIRED to leave the property in the same general condition in which it
was received. For
stays of 7 nights or more (in a one or two bedroom condominium without a
washer and dryer) a complimentary midweek towel change and trash removal
will be provided. Additional housekeeping can be arranged
for a fee. Please contact us for details and pricing.
Smoking Policy:
ALL
OF OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING PROPERTIES. Smoking in the properties
will result in an additional cleaning charge to credit card file or
deducted from security deposit.
Check in / Check out:
Check in time is 4:00 PM. EARLY CHECK IN TIMES
ARE ALLOWED ONLY WHEN THE PROPERTY IS CLEANED AND READY FOR OCCUPANCY
AND PRIOR APPROVAL IS REQUIRED.
Check out time is 10:00 AM, PRIOR APPROVAL IS
NEEDED FOR LATE CHECK OUT. You may check out at our office or leave all keys, remote controls, and
garage door openers (if issued) at the location. Please note:
Resort Lodging reserves the right to charge for an additional night if
guest does not check out by 12:00 noon.
Keys:
A
replacement fee of $25 will be issued for all lost keys.
Pet
Policy:
No
pets are allowed.
Telephones:
You must use credit cards or call collect when
making long distance calls. There is no charge for local calls.
What
we Supply:
Each property is equipped and set up as a
fully furnished property that will include linens, blankets, pillows,
towels, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Although we make every effort to anticipate most
people’s needs, we may not have all the items you may be accustomed to
having at your home. Each property will be stocked with
shampoo, soap, paper products. If you need additional supplies
during your stay, a full service grocery store (City Market) is located
5 miles in Dillon.
Sleeping Capacities/Disturbances:
Guests and all other
occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental
fee and security deposit for any of the following: A. Occupancy
exceeding the sleeping capacity stated on the reservation confirmation.
B. Using the premises for any illegal activity including, but not
limited to, the possession, serving or consumption of alcoholic
beverages by or to persons less than 21 years of age. C. Causing damage
to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties. D. Any
other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of
their property. If, for any
reason, law enforcement is notified due to disturbances emanating from
the premises or grounds, there will be a minimum $250 charge to your
credit card per incident.
Hot
Tub and Patios:
Guest hereby acknowledges that if the property they have reserved
includes a hot tub, the guest is fully aware that the hot tub and
surrounding patio/deck can be dangerous, that the deck/patio can be
slippery when wet, and that injury is likely to occur to anyone who is
not careful. Guests should observe and adhere to all rules and policies
as posted at the property. With full knowledge of the above facts and
warnings, the guest accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related
to the use of the hot tub and patio areas. Resort Lodging reserves the
right to charge you for any damage or excessive cleaning charges caused
by you or any member of your group.
